Registration (International delegates)

If you are also selecting the "AAPS Life Membership option", please download the AAPS registration form here. If you fulfill the requirements, please fill it & send to registration@aaps2010kl.org. This will be handed over to the Secretary General & the appropriate committee on the 21st of February, 2010. If you need any assistance, contact the Secretariat.

There are three categories for registration fees:

Early Bird on or before : 15.12.2009
Late Registration on or before : 30.1.2010
On Site Registration Cash / D.D : Upon arrival

For payment made through Telegraphic transfer or Bank Drafts, please send us a copy of the bank transaction together with registration / hotel reservation form. You can either fax or scan and send  by e-mail.

Cancellation and Refund

No refund for cancellation after 15th January 2010. Only 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellation before 15th January 2010.

Cancellation and request for refund have to be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat. All refunds will only be processed after the Congress.
