Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), is located 75km to the south of the city. The base for the Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) is also located near KLIA. KLIA speed rail service will take the visitors from KLIA Terminal to KL Sentral (main transportation hub in Kuala Lumpur) within 30 minutes. Alternatively, taxi and bus services are also available at both KLIA and LCCT terminals.

Regular bus and rail services link KL all the way north to Thailand and Singapore to the south. Buses from Puduraya Terminal go all over Peninsular Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore. Buses also run from KL Sentral, which also serves as the hub of Malaysia's national railway services,\ the Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM). KL City has a good public transport system. Buses, light rail transit (LRT) and monorail systems cover destinations within the city centre. Taxis also provide other means of cheap and useful way to get around the city.
