BADGES

For identification purposes and admission to to the scientific sessions, Trade exhibition &social functions, participants are requested to wear their badges at all times.

Official language

Official Language of the Congress is English. Certificates of Attendance will be issued to Congress delegates

Letter of Invitation

Upon request (after payment of registration fees), the Congress Secretariat will be happy to issue an official Letter of Invitation to obtain the Visa and to attend the Congress.

Exhibition

A trade exhibition of pharmaceutical products and medical equipments will be held throughout the Congress. The exhibition will be opened to all delegates. For booth space reservations and further information, please contact the Congress Secretariat.

Health Care

Malaysia has facilities for high quality healthcare provided by public hospitals and private hospitals. Foreign visitors are advised to have health insurance cover during their stay in Malaysia.

Liability

The Congress will not assume responsibility for any accidents, losses, damages, delays or modifications to the program caused by unforeseen circumstances.
